No. Lab results, medications, and all settings are stored exclusively on your iPhone via SwiftData. HealthLab has no iCloud sync — no medical data leaves your device. The only exception: when you explicitly trigger AI PDF recognition, the document image is sent through our proxy to the AI service (no logging, deleted after processing).

Your PDF is converted to an image on-device, then sent via our proxy server to our AI recognition service. The proxy does not log requests, does not store images, and deletes them after processing. All calls are authenticated via Apple App Attest — hardware-backed device attestation.

No. All labs are supported via automatic recognition — Ukrainian (Synevo, Dila, CSD, Alex-2) and any international lab. Just upload PDF, HEIC, JPG, or PNG — HealthLab extracts all parameters regardless of document language.

Internet is required only for AI PDF recognition. Viewing saved results, trends, and medications works offline.
